Souvenir

Honouring the rich legacy of OMD by performing their music with authenticity, passion and respect. We create an unforgettable live experience by capturing their unique sound and showcasing the full breadth of their catalogue from iconic hits to deep cuts.
Andy – Bass/Vocals

Andy, Souvenir’s singer and bassist, is the kind of OMD devotee who’d argue Architecture & Morality deserves to be listed as a religious text. A self-proclaimed synth-pop scholar, he still mourns missing an OMD gig due to flu as “the worst day of my life, worse than the day Woolworths closed down.” On stage, he channels his namesake McCluskey’s magic with the fervour of a man who’s memorized every twirl and note, delivering each track like it’s a sermon. Off stage, he’s an unstoppable OMD trivia tornado—once strong-arming a wedding DJ into swapping Ed Sheeran for The Romance of the Telescope to “save the night.”
Gaz – Drums

Gaz is the rhythmic engine of Souvenir—part drummer, part human metronome, all synth-pop legend (in his own conservatory). When he’s not pounding the drums like they owe him money, he’s rewiring your nan’s kitchen as a fully qualified electrician. Known for his ability to fix a fuse box mid-soundcheck and still nail Enola Gay without missing a beat, Gaz lives by two rules: never drop a beat, and never mix up your live wires.
Winnifred

Winnifred is the twin sister of Winston – the TEAC A-3340S reel to teel tape deck used on stage by OMD in their early shows. Despite being the oldest (just) member of the band, Winnifred is affectionately known as the ‘eye-candy’ of the show and can be seen in action in our shows on songs released from 1979-1983
